RETURN POLICY

 

All returns & exchanges must be notified within seven (14) days upon receiving the merchandise.

All sales are not subject to a refund. In some cases, only merchandise exchanges or store credit may be issued.

If for any reasons, you are not satisfied with our product, we will assist you with a prompt store credit or exchange.

ALL CLEARANCE/SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE! WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR SALE ITEMS!

We will not accept returns that has been…

·         Altered

·         Ripped

·         Worn

·         Washed

·         Or any other damages caused by the receiver.

All other returns that surpasses the return period, excluding manufacturer defects, are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All credits will be applied as store credit. Credit card refunds cannot be issued. 

Please contact us via e-mail at INFO@LOVETREEFASHION.COM including pictures of damage with your company name, quantity(size) and invoice #. Once you notify us with your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and a shipping label. Please make sure to ship back the return goods via UPS within 7 days of UPS label issuance. This way we will be able to issue the refund faster without any confusion. We will gladly replace the goods.
